How do I connect my WhatsApp Business Account?
Go to Settings → WhatsApp and click "Connect with Facebook". The Facebook popup will guide you through selecting or creating a Business Portfolio, WABA, and phone number.
Why is my template pending approval?
Meta manually reviews all templates before approval. Approved accounts typically see results within a few minutes to 24 hours. Marketing templates may take longer.
Can I send messages to any number?
You can only send template messages to numbers that have opted in or have an existing conversation within the 24-hour window. This is a Meta policy.
My app is in Development mode — who can I send to?
In Development mode, you can only send messages to phone numbers added as Testers or Developers in your Meta App Dashboard.
How do I get my app approved by Meta?
Submit for App Review in Meta Developer Dashboard. You need to fill in the "Allowed Usage" for each permission and provide a screencast of the full user flow.
