Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for the NXTWA App, you can follow these instructions.

How to remove your data

To remove your data from our application and revoke our access to your Meta/Facebook Business account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
  2. Under the Security section, click Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Search for "NXTWA" in the list of active integrations.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the NXTWA app.
  5. In the confirmation modal, check the boxes if you wish to delete posts, videos, or events NXTWA posted on your timeline (though we do not post on your timeline).
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.

This action will immediately revoke our access to your WhatsApp Business API and remove the connection between your Meta Business Account and NXTWA.

Deleting your account

If you wish to completely delete your NXTWA account and all associated data within our system (including contacts, campaigns, and message history), please send an email to our support team at support@nxtwa.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 48 hours.
